We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. From the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Located conveniently, the hotel is clean and well, maintained. the rooms are comfortable and provide basic amenities such as a smoke, free room and a clean bathroom. Despite the lack of a window, the bathroom is kept decent. the hotel also offers a payment option, which may be confusing but allows easy check, in and check, out.
The hotel needs improvement in terms of communication about payment.

The Hotel Columbia Botucatu Ltda in Botucatu exceeded my expectations with its clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable beds. The database was user-friendly and organized, making it easy for me to find all the information I needed for my trip. a great experience.

It was clean and had a good location, close to downtown and public transportation. There were two nice facts about the hotel: the price was affordable and the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed having a comfortable bed to sleep in.
There were some aspects that I didn't like. the bathroom didn't have a window, so there was no natural light.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel offers clean and tidy rooms. We appreciated that the hotel had non-smoking rooms available upon request and that the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. the hotel’s proximity to local attractions and restaurants made it easy to explore the city without having to travel far.
Although the hotel was clean and comfortable, there were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. The lack of a window in the bathroom was a bit of a downside, making the space feel a bit cramped.
